About two weeks ago, Kristi and Teresa came to visit for the weekend. This is quite rare since it’s usually me and Cathy who ends up in the bay. 🙂
Kristi and Teresa arrived Friday night. On Saturday, we slept in and had brunch at The Waffle Experience.
At some point, we went to Target (of course)…
We introduced Teresa to The Parlor.
We wandered our way to Sac State and checked out their arboretum.
I think I have developed an interest in bridges. This is the Guy West Bridge at Sac State. It’s quite a lovely view. 🙂
On Sunday, we had dim sum with Evely, Long, and Philip. We also went to try the lavender milk tea at Sno-Crave, but everyone’s drink ended up tasting different despite ordering the same thing. Weird!
Afterwards, me, Cathy, Kristi, and Teresa ended up in Old Sac with intentions of killing time before Kristi and Teresa hopped on Amtrak. We walked across the beautiful Tower Bridge and was on the West Sacramento side enjoying the view.
Eventually, we ended up just driving to Davis instead of Kristi and Teresa taking the train. Ha!
It’s nice to not always have a solid plan sometimes. 🙂
